The warranty on our products is two years from the date of shipment. It does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Arits Watches.
The Customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise its right of withdrawal and ask for a refund or an exchange. To obtain a free return slip, please email us at info@aritswatches.com with your order number. The goods must be returned no later than 14 days from the date of notifying Arits Watches about their decision to return the items.
